1. Allocation
We will provide the ordered boxes with individual barcodes and return label.
2. Collection
Sensitive documents are collected in the box.
3. Sealing
Full boxes are closed with security tape and sealed with the security seal.
4. Drop-off
Drop off the box at a DHL branch/packing station.
5. Destruction
The box is recorded, uniquely assigned via the barcode and destroyed within 24 hours.
6. Certificate
You will receive the certificate of destruction in PDF format by email for internal documentation.
