1You may refrain from providing this data if the information concerns criminal offences related to sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, child pornography, contacting children for sexual purposes or incitement, aiding or abetting or attempting to commit the aforementioned criminal offences (see Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU). 

This reporting office is solely for reporting illegal content in accordance with Art. 16 DSA; other notifications addressed to this reporting office will not be processed. Communication can take place in German or English, the preferred language is German. 

We would like to point out that false and untruthful information may result in criminal consequences.

Data protection notice: 

We only use your data to the extent necessary to process and answer your request. We do not pass it on to third parties. If there are no statutory retention obligations, we will delete your data within three months of completing the processing of your request.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 16 Digital Services Act (DSA). You have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to object, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.
