Successful Franchise Partner's Meeting in Laon, France.

The franchise partner meeting held in Laon, France, from June 6 to 8, and hosted by Groupe CAILLE, was a great success. 

The event began with a get-together, followed by an enchanting evening at the Chateau de Breuil.

The second day featured presentations on the Group's new structure and annual figures. A new format, "Insights", offered in-depth presentations and discussions on 12 topics related to sales, operations, and marketing, spread across three rooms. After that, the group had the chance to participate in a surprise team-building event organized by the host. The evening began with a visit to Laon Cathedral and continued in a Gothic Hall beneath the cathedral, where attendees enjoyed dinner and attended the partner award ceremony. This year's award winners were:

• Best Performance Awards: RW Laon, RW Slovakia, RW Slovenia
• Best Startup: RW Greece
• Best Innovation: RW Portugal
• Best Networking: RW Croatia
• Best Runner-up: RW Türkiye, RW NL Heesch, RW NL Hengelo and RW Serbia 

The awards for Slovakia, RW Heesch and Croatia, who could not attend the partner meeting, as well as Slovenia (turnover report was corrected after the partner meeting) will be personally handed over to the partners at the next visit of their partner manager. 

The awards ceremony concluded with the announcement that REISSWOLF Istanbul (Türkiye) will host the next franchise partner meeting in 2025.

On the final day, participants visited two locations of the French partner, Groupe CAILLE. The tour provided fascinating insights into their operations, including special services such as archive undusting and furniture management by RWAM.

The meeting was inspiring and productive for all involved, setting a high standard for future gatherings.
