Simone Stichert REISSWOLF International

Simone Stichert

Simone first joined REISSWOLF International in August 2019. She started as an Assistant to the Executive Board of REISSWOLF. She joined the International team in January 2020, being responsible for invoicing and order management of RW Security Containers and RW e.l.sy. on the Business Excellence team.

At the moment, she is working as Team Lead of Partner Services International where she is responsible for consulting our partners on RW Security Containers and RW e.l.sy., for controlling (invoicing, reporting, debt collection, warning letters) and order management (Document. Box, RW Security Container + RW e.l.sy.).

At the same time, she is the Project Manager and Product Owner of our REISSWOLF Partner Intranet (Hyperspace) and successfully lead the transfer from our old intranet based on Lotus Notes to Hyperspace. Simone also supports our partners in Data Destruction (e.g. consulting on RW e.l.sy. infrastructure, shredders etc.) and administration related matters (e.g. obtaining annual Certificates of Residence) and works closely with our Accounting and Finance Department to ensure everything around payments from our partners runs smoothly.

Prior to working at REISSWOLF, Simone worked at a German model agency in model booking for one year and previously to that as a legal assistant at different international law firms for a total of 17 years.

She is married (you might have met her husband in Tirana or Lissabon, as he is always happy to tag along to our International Partners’ Meetings as her spouse), living together with her husband and their two Bengal cats on the outskirts of Hamburg, close to Glinde. She is a passionate foodie (either having barbecues at home with friends or trying out new restaurants), loves travelling (especially to Thailand) and spending quality time with friends and family.

“My biggest highlight at REISSWOLF were the two International Partners’ Meetings in Lissabon and just recently in Tirana. I really like meeting and interacting with people from different countries. It’s also exciting to see the locations of the partners in the different countries and how they operate. I cannot wait to visit more international REISSWOLF locations and partners in the following years!”
