In the following we inform you about the collection and processing of personal data for the use of and registration on REISSWOLF dok.suite. Personal data are all data, which relate to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour. When you visit REISSWOLF dok.suite. your browser communicates data, which we collect temporarily, in order to make it possible for you to visit REISSWOLF dok.suite.. These are: IP address; date and time of the enquiry; time difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT); content of the requirement (specific page); access status/HTTP status code; quantity of data transferred in each case; website, from which the requirement comes; browser; operating system; language and browser software version.

1.2. Contractual and usage data

When you register for our service, we store your data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Compulsory statements for the processing of the contract are marked separately, other information is voluntary. Your data, which are required to make it possible to draw down and invoice our offers, are used solely to process the contract concluded between us.

Data, which you yourself store for the use of our services, are processed and stored by us. This includes the production of security copies in our back-up systems. If you contact us through REISSWOLF dok.suite., we record the data you have communicated. You may, of course, request at any time that incorrect data is corrected.
